Tom Fritsch consults with senior leadership teams and boards with a wide range of organizations, including Fortune 500, mid-cap and privately-owned companies in oil & gas, energy, private equity, paper, manufacturing, infrastructure services and financial services. Since 2001, Tom and his teams have helped clients build high performing organizations and implement strategies that have generated over $6 billion in added enterprise value.
Before Allen Austin, Tom spent 11 years as a senior partner with the Houston based management consulting firm, King, Chapman & Broussard. He also has 25 years’ experience in energy and oil and gas services, including senior leadership roles with Dresser-Rand, Cooper Cameron, Stewart and Stevenson and Creole Production Services. He serves on the Board of Directors of Century, Inc., a Traverse City, Michigan based manufacturer of precision components for aerospace, oil & gas and other industries. Tom earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Villanova University.
Tom is passionate about community service and works with several not-for-profit organizations. He serves on the board of the Wounded Soldiers Organization and was recently appointed by Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner and the Houston City Council to serve on the board of Houston Recovery Center. Tom served as a director and board chair of Cornerstone Recovery Group, and on the advisory boards of The Council on Recovery Houston and Drug Free Business Houston. In 2004, Drug Free Business Houston awarded Tom the John P. McGovern Award for Exemplary Efforts in Workplace Drug Prevention. He has facilitated board retreats for Hope & Healing Center Houston, Houston Recovery Center, the Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance Greater Houston and Houston Community College Foundation. Tom and his team also conducted pro bono organizational assessments for Palmer Drug Abuse Program and the American Leadership Forum Houston.
Tom and his wife Beverly live in Houston, Texas. They have five children and four grandchildren. Both strongly support recovery-based organizations and are passionate Formula 1 and exotic car enthusiasts. Tom also plays the guitar and loves the blues.
