With over 15 years of recruiting and talent acquisition experience, Mike has partnered with companies ranging from Fortune 500, mid-cap and privately-owned companies to hire the best possible candidates into their organizations. He brings a diverse array of expertise into his engagements and has conducted searches for hard-to-fill roles ranging from senior executive leadership to sales and front-line operations. Mike’s industry experience includes, but is not limited to, facilities management, energy, high-tech, engineering, construction and healthcare.
In addition to his human capital experience, Mike also has a heavy background in digital marketing and community building. He has led ad campaigns, cultivated communities and developed marketing strategies for a variety of partners and clients nationwide. The goal here has always gone together with the same focus within talent acquisition – bringing together high-value companies and individuals to form accretive relationships that constitute a win for all.
When not in the office, Mike is active through volunteering and fundraising for charitable causes within his local community. He personally led a fundraising effort during the immediate aftermath of Hurricane Harvey which resulted in over $60K being directly distributed to the most impacted families in the area. He is also heavily involved with military charities combating PTSD and helping returning veterans reestablish themselves in civilian life upon separation of service.
During his personal time, Mike enjoys fitness, martial arts, and spending quality time with his son and dog.
